Journal of Food Research (JFR) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal, published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education. It publishes original research, applied, and educational articles in all areas of food science and technology. In June 2012, this journal had cooperated with IX Italian Congress of Food Chemistry which was organized in Italy successfully.
Journal of Food Research publishes original research and review papers on any subject of food science and technology. The range of topics covers in the journal include:
